This policy describes what happens to personal information when you use this website or contact us. It is written to describe what actually happens, and it will be updated when that changes rather than written to cover things we do not do.
LoomPipe Technologies is a sole proprietorship registered in Pakistan and operated from Lahore. It is the data controller for information described here. You can reach us at haris@loompipe.com.
This website has no contact form, no account system, no advertising and no third-party analytics. It does not set cookies of its own.
It is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as your IP address, browser user agent and the page requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. That processing is performed by Cloudflare as our hosting provider.
When you write to one of our addresses we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use that only to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence. Mail sent to our addresses is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing and stored in a Google-hosted mailbox.
Products licensed by LoomPipe Technologies may collect information necessary to operate a licence — typically a licence key, the site or domain it is activated on, and the product version. Where a product does this, its own documentation states exactly what is sent and why. This website itself sends nothing.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. Information is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the business — hosting, email delivery, and payment or marketplace platforms where you have bought something — and where we are required to by law.
Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for support and for as long as tax and accounting rules in Pakistan require records of a transaction to be kept. Anything not needed for either purpose is deleted.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Write to haris@loompipe.com and we will respond.
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new date. The date at the foot of this page is the version in force.
